Steadfast has announced Gai McGrath will take up a directorship from June.

Ms McGrath is a director with Genworth Mortgage Insurance and chairs its audit committee.

She has more than 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry, including senior management roles with Westpac and BT Financial Group.
