Genworth Mortgage Insurance Australia has appointed General Counsel Prudence Milne as Company Secretary following the resignation of Luke Oxenham from the position.

Mr Oxenham continues in his role as CFO, while Brady Weissel remains Assistant Company Secretary.

Ms Milne joined Genworth from StatePlus, formerly State Super Financial Services, at the start of this month.
