Gallagher has acquired employee benefits consultant and corporate advisory group Super-Advice as it continues to diversify beyond traditional insurance broking.

Super-Advice National Director Robert O’Shea, Regional Director Dean Lawson and associates will continue operating under the direction of Gallagher’s Head of International Employee Benefits Consulting and Brokerage Operations Leslie Lemenager.

“The Super-Advice team greatly enhances our employee benefits consulting and individual wealth management capabilities,” Chairman, President and CEO Patrick Gallagher said.

In June Gallagher acquired employee benefits and retirement consultant Finergy Solutions and its technology-based sister business Avantek.

GM Gallagher Benefit Services Australia Andrew Howse told at the time the purchase was part of a strategy to expand beyond traditional broking, and other acquisitions would follow.

Super-Advice has offices Perth and Sydney.
