Incoming WTW New Zealand head Jill Comley-Forbes will start in January, taking over from Michael Brown who is moving to a newly created client-facing leadership role. 

Ms Comley-Forbes worked with Willis New Zealand for six years in the early 2000s and is currently Director of Broking at ICIB Brokerweb, an insurance and risk adviser. 

“Jill has an ability to drive success through building culture and engagement, which places her well in leading our WTW New Zealand team to move forward in the next phase of our business growth,” WTW Head of Asia Pacific Simon Weaver said. 

Mr Weaver, who is also Head of Corporate Risk & Broking Asia Pacific, says Mr Brown has contributed to the growth of the business and will continue to do so when he takes up his new role. 

“As he moves into a newly created, client facing leadership role, I would like to acknowledge the significant contribution that he has made to WTW, especially over the past few years.” 

Mr Brown joined WTW in 2006 and has been CEO of the New Zealand business since June 2021, according to his LinkedIn.
