FM has made Lyndon Broad its new executive VP of staff insurance operations, replacing Randy Hodge, who has become COO.

Mr Broad will be responsible for core functions including underwriting, claims, research, data analytics and global client services. 

He previously served as senior VP chief underwriting officer and has more than 30 years’ experience at the group, including as a loss adjuster and claims manager, and in senior positions across Australia, Singapore, the US and Britain.

CEO and chairman Malcolm Roberts says Mr Broad brings “extensive operations and management experience with FM, including senior operations roles in all our key disciplines and geographic regions. 

“He is the perfect fit to lead our staff insurance operations team and ensure we continue delivering best-in-class services for our clients.”

Mr Hodge, who has been with FM since 1990, will replace the retiring Bret Ahnell. 

“With Randy’s deep knowledge of FM and long track record of delivering industry-leading solutions and services to our clients, he is uniquely positioned to take on the COO role,” Mr Roberts said.
