Finity Consulting has partnered with secure data company IXUP to launch a technology and analytics platform aimed at the insurance industry.

The platform allows for layering of external data to add to information an insurer collects through its own quotes, policy inception, endorsements, claims and renewals.

IXUP Founder Dean Joscelyn says the software platform provides secure data collaboration that allows for more advanced use of analytics.

“Insurers have a business imperative to connect external data sources, yet there’s absolutely no tolerance for insecure practices,” he said.

“Finity understands data sources simply cannot be safely connected and robust analytics conducted unless the data is 100% protected at all times.”
