Fate of Centrepoint Alliance remains uncertain
The future of premium funding specialist Centrepoint Alliance remains unclear more than two weeks after the company requested a suspension of trading in its stock.
Company secretary Ian Magee wrote to the Australian Securities Exchange on April 30 requesting an immediate two-week suspension of Centrepoint Alliance securities.
On Friday the stock remained at 20 cents and no Centrepoint shares were traded.

The directors have appointed corporate advisers Grant Samuel as they consider options on the company’s funding, strategy and capital structure.
