Envest, an insurance distribution and investment company, has acquired a majority stake in All Parks Insurance underwriting agency.

It says the agency provides specialist insurance for caravan park proprietors and is the market leader and brokers’ choice for caravan and holiday parks, holiday and resort villages, relocatable home estates, camping grounds and boutique style accommodation.

Envest MD Greg Mullins says the investment represents a “strategic” move for a share of the thriving camping and caravanning sector.

“Envest specialises in acquiring and growing underwriting agencies that have a niche product and distribution,” Mr Mullins said.

“All Parks fits the bill and also has an excellent market reputation and established client base.

“Their competitive advantage in the market is not only specialised policy wording but their proactive approach to risk management and the ability to provide experienced advice and service.”

All Parks Insurance Director Julie Pernecker says Envest’s resources will provide an opportunity to take the business to the next level.

“I’m looking forward to working with them in a closer capacity and leveraging the experience and network support within the Envest group,” she said.
