Mike Emmett takes the reins today as AUB Group CEO and MD, with predecessor Mark Searles stepping aside.

The broking and risk advisory network announced the appointment of the former Cover-More CEO in January.

Mr Searles, who has been AUB CEO since 2012, has ceased his directorship and moves into an advisory role.

He announced last August that he would be leaving the network to pursue a career as a non-executive director.
