Specialist cyber underwriting agency Emergence Insurance has set up a new entity focused on providing companies with the support they need to acquire cyber protection. 
 
The agency says cyberSuite, based in Sydney, offers a range of services including data protection, privacy advice, breach coaching, and data breach response. 
 
“If a company is struggling to get cyber insurance, we help them through the process,” cyberSuite Principal Colin Pausey said. 
 
Mr Pausey, who is also Emergence COO, says cyberSuite supports businesses – particularly “vulnerable” SMEs – that are starting on a “cyber compliance and resilience journey”. 
 
cyberSuite Head of Product & Service Delivery James Cole says there are no “cookie cutter solutions” when it comes to cyber. 
 
“We work with organisations and their brokers… to give them an understanding of how to improve their cyber security posture to more effectively manage their cyber risks,” he said. 
 
Mr Pausey and Mr Cole say they are now taking cyberSuite to the broker market to increase awareness of the need for cyber insurance across the business community.
