Dual International has appointed Mark Spadaccini as Regional MD for Asia, responsible for the Hong Kong and Singapore offices.

Mr Spadaccini is currently MD of Dual Singapore, and has been with the company for five years. He replaces GM Hong Kong Philip Chiu, who is leaving the company.

Asia-Pacific CEO Damien Coates says Jodie Chung, a founder of the Hong Kong operation in 2009, will be the new GM Hong Kong, reflecting her “immense” contribution to the business.

Dual International is part of the London-based Hyperion Insurance Group.
