Auckland-based insurance and risk advisory firm Donaldson Brown has appointed Stefan Azzopardi as CEO.

Co-founders Dan Donaldson and Alex Brown say they are thrilled to have someone of Mr Azzopardi’s calibre on board and he has a proven track record of driving growth, developing successful teams, and delivering results.

“Stefan is well-positioned to lead Donaldson Brown into its next chapter. His experience, leadership and vision will be instrumental in taking Donaldson Brown to the next level,” they said. “We look forward to working closely with him."

Mr Azzopardi was formerly Chief Finance and Risk Officer at Southern Cross Health Society for nine years.

Donaldson Brown has achieved significant growth since it was founded in 2014 and says with the new CEO appointment, it is well positioned to continue its upward trajectory.
