The Workability Index (TWI), a corporate culture ratings platform that measures companies’ organisational culture and transparency, has announced a partnership with risk management advisory firm Riskcom.

TWI was launched last year by former AUB Group divisional CEO of risk services Sunil Vohra, and ex-IAG executive Kate Stone.

The company says combining with Riskcom “gives clients the opportunity to benefit from indexed assessment of all key components of organisational culture and bring insight to improve risk management and governance”.
