Court schedules CBL Corp liquidation hearing
Creditors of CBL Corporation will make their case to the New Zealand High Court on May 13 for the company to be liquidated.
Two creditors have asked the court to wind up the insurance company, which has been in voluntary administration since February last year.
A meeting to decide the company’s future, which has been shelved a number of times, will not be required if the court approves the liquidation application.
Subsidiary CBL Insurance was ordered into liquidation by the High Court last November.
