Underwriting agency Connect Liability Solutions, which specialises in hard to place liability lines, has closed its Sydney office, with the departure of founding partner Kevin Corkery.

Director Glenn Eason told insuranceNEWS.com.au the company is expanding instead in Victoria. “While we regret the closure of the Sydney office, the Melbourne operation is being expanded to cater for increasing demand,” he said.

“It was simply a case of getting the best use of available resources both now and in the future.”
