Woolworths Insurance and Real Insurance have signed onto comparison website Comparethemarket.com.au, which says more insurers are likely to join its panel of home and contents brands in coming months.

Woolworths Insurance is a partner brand of Hollard Insurance, and Real is owned by Hollard.

Comparethemarket.com.au launched home and contents comparisons in December and presents the features of 24 insurance brands and the prices of seven.

Spokesman Abigail Koch says the comparator is dedicated to working with as many insurers as possible.

“We’re delighted at the interest in our comparison panel from the insurance industry and should be in a position to announce additional insurer partners in the coming months,” she said.
