Club Marine interim CEO Tim Wiles has taken the role permanently, following the departure of Karen Te Maipi.

Mr Wiles, previously COO and second in command, has been interim CEO since November. The Allianz-owned boat insurer says the arrangement ensures a seamless transition. 

He joined the business in 2007 as a junior underwriter and later held senior roles across underwriting, member services, technical, contact centre operations and claims and product. 

“His passion for excellence and leadership skills make him the perfect fit for the role, as we transform and grow the Club Marine business,” Allianz Australia Insurance GM Agencies (Acting) Jenita Wijaya said.
