UK claims specialist 360Globalnet is developing a digital platform for accident management and third-party claims administrator Focussed Loss Management.

The platform will help the Brisbane-based company offer an online, digital notification and lodgement capability, and improve the accuracy and efficiency of claims processing.

360Globalnet announced this month it has been contracted to build a claims platform for Gallagher – a major breakthrough for the UK group a year after it opened an office in Melbourne as a base for regional growth.
