Claim Central Consolidated has entered a three-year deal with niche underwriting agency Club 4x4 to provide it with digital claims management technology.

Club 4X4 provides off-road enthusiasts with a bespoke set of personal lines products including 4WD motor, camper trailer, caravan and slide-on camper coverage.

Claim Central will act as third-party administrator, managing Club 4X4’s claims end-to-end.

The club’s GM Kalen Ziflian says the growth and retention of the agency’s enthusiast customer base “has exceeded our expectations”.

The agency has 13 staff and is moving to a new head office in Parramatta, western Sydney.
