Former Hollard head of process enhancement Karla Wasinski has taken the newly created role of Chief Experience Officer at digital claims management group Claim Central.

The company says Ms Wasinski, who started this month, is responsible for strengthening business operations and customer support.

She has more than 15 years’ experience in the local insurance industry.
