Claim Central Consolidated has opened a second Sydney office, in Parramatta, as the digital claims group expands locally.

The new site complements Claim Central’s head office in Matraville and operations in the US, South Africa, Italy and New Zealand.

“It was a very compelling option for us to grow our Australian operations… due to the high-quality talent pool of employees, coupled with the central location,” CEO Brian Siemsen said.

Claim Central describes itself as a disruptor to the insurance market after it pioneered digital claims fulfilment and live video streaming across the Asia-Pacific region.

It employs a 100-strong team of claims experts and was recognised as insurance innovator of the year at this year’s Fintech Business Awards for its claims management platform ClaimLogik.

The company offers a claims management service for property, motor and cyber incidents.
