Digital claims management firm Claim Central Consolidated (CCC) has acquired motor claims specialist Hello Claims after four years of co-development.

Hello Claims founder Nick Herford becomes Executive GM of Motor for CCC and the motor business will continue to operate under the Hello Claims brand.

“With Hello Claims’ expertise in motor claims and CCC’s industry-leading property, cyber and SME claims solutions, this presents a very attractive offering to the market,” CCC founder and CEO Brian Siemsen said.

Mr Herford, a panelbeater by trade, worked at AAMI Insurance before taking over the family insurance business. He started Hello Claims in 2014 to fill what he says was a gap in the market for a digitised claims management service in motor.
