Digital underwriting agency CHUiSaver has expanded optional covers under its residential strata insurance to include legal expenses and lot owners’ fixtures and fittings.

CHU Chief Disruptor Ani Kakulapati says there is growing demand for tailor-made strata cover, and the optional covers will help strata owners achieve piece of mind.

Providing the flexibility to opt in and out of certain covers is part of challenging and disrupting the traditional strata insurance space, Mr Kakulapati says.
