Chubb has announced its new claims team line-up, effective when Ace and Chubb commence combined operations on April 1.

Among the appointments to the team under Head of Claims James Flaskett are:

•     Rose Barnicoat will remain as Chubb Property Claims Manager

• Robert Bakowski, currently Ace Property Claims Team Leader, will be Major and Complex Loss Team Leader
• Gemma King, currently Chubb Team Leader, will be Southern Region Core Team Leader
• Bryan Levett, currently Chubb Senior Claims Specialist, will be the Northern Region Core Team Leader
• Aaron Turner will remain Chubb Casualty Claims Manager
• Gloria Han, currently Chubb Senior Claims Specialist, will be Core Team Supervisor, managing high-frequency personal injury and property damage claims
• Kieran Doyle, currently Chubb National Specialty Claims Manager, will be Financial Lines Claims Manager
• Mark Peters, currently Chubb Claims Manager, Melbourne, will be Marine and Shared Services Claims Manager, including marine, recoveries, special investigation unit and claims administration
• David Nyholm, currently Chubb Senior Claims Consultant, will be Retail Claims Manager, including accident and health and Combined Insurance claims. 

Chubb says the claims support team will work closely with the shared services unit in the Philippines to ensure consistent service for clients and brokers across all lines.
