Chartis Asia Pacific has established an advisory board to provide guidance and direction to the Singapore-based board of directors.

The four advisory board members will focus on Chartis’ investment in China and on relationships with governments and regulators in the region.

The board members are Swan-Foo Boon, a non-executive director of several companies linked to the Singaporean investment company Temasek; former HSBC chairman David Eldon; Yahoo! Senior VP Rose Tsou; and the Chairman of AIA Group, Edmund Tse.
