The tie-up includes claims management services for clients in New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific Islands across property, liability, business interruption, construction, financial lines, event cancellation, litigation support and catastrophe response.

“With the catastrophe season looming in our region, the addition of CBH to our network of trusted associates is timely and will be welcomed by many of our clients,” Charles Taylor head of Australia and New Zealand Mark Thompson said.

“New Zealand is an important growth market for Charles Taylor. Our partnership with CBH will ensure our clients’ losses in New Zealand will be handled by a highly experienced team with deep local knowledge.”

Charles Taylor’s network includes loss adjusting partners in India, South Korea, Pakistan, Thailand and the Philippines, whiles its global customer base extends across insurers, mutuals, captives, managing general agents, Lloyd’s syndicates, reinsurers, brokers, distributors and corporate insureds.

“We are pleased to be the associate of Charles Taylor in New Zealand as we share our core business of providing comprehensive loss adjusting and forensic accounting solutions to meet the growing needs of clients today,” Carter Briggs Hurle director Jake Carter said.
