Glenn Toohey will become CFO at Centrepoint Alliance from November 1.

The appointment follows the resignation of long-serving CFO and company secretary Ian Magee.

Mr Toohey, currently GM Corporate Development and Projects, joined Centrepoint in September, having previously worked for BT Financial Group, Macquarie, and Bendigo and Adelaide Bank.

The company secretary role will be jointly filled by Mr Toohey and Corporate Manager Legal Debra Anderson.

MD John de Zwart says the CFO and company secretary roles are “key in delivering on our commitment to becoming the leading non-aligned financial services business in Australia”.
