Centrepoint Alliance has appointed Hugh Robertson as an independent non-executive director.

Mr Robertson, a former director of OAMPS, has more than 30 years’ financial services experience.

“Hugh has been a key driver in the creation of significant shareholder value at a number of financial services ventures,” Chairman Alan Fisher said.

“We are excited about the contribution Hugh can make… as our growth strategy continues to evolve.”

Mr Robertson is the fourth board member appointed since Centrepoint initiated a renewal process in 2014.
