Claim Central Consolidated (CCC) has extended its strategic partnership with global real-time video and documentation company Livegenic.

The video claims handling and digital claims management group says it will invest capital for the development of real-time video communications, insurance ecosystem and media documentation capabilities on the Livegenic platform.

The partnership will also mean further expansion into the US and Asian markets.

CCC CEO Brian Siemsen says since forming a partnership with Livegenic in January last year, the relationship has gone from strength to strength.

Livegenic CEO Alex Polyakov says the investment will allow his business to increase the scope and depth of its offerings and “help move the insurance industry towards a truly digitally connected claims service experience”.
