Specialist insurer CBL is seeking a new CFO following the resignation of Carden Mulholland.

CBL MD Peter Harris says Mr Mulholland , who leaves on “good terms”, has no plans to take up another position.

“I would like to thank Carden for his significant commitment and contribution to CBL over the past 10 years,” Mr Harris said.

Mr Mulholland will leave the Auckland-based insurer in six months.
