Capita rebrands Australian business
Insurance management and claims provider Capita CMGL Australia has changed its name to Capita Insurance Services.
The retitled business is the next step towards the integration of CMGL with outsourcing and professional services firm Capita, following Capita Group’s acquisition of insurance business CMGL Australia in April last year.
Capita MD Nick Stimpson says the rebranded business will combine the existing specialist expertise of CMGL in Australia with additional input from Capita’s operations in the UK and Europe.
Capita Insurance Services will continue to handle core technical claims and recovery services but will also provide business process outsourcing for customer service, back-office administration including financial shared services, management information, and reporting and compliance processes.
