Cambridge expands its services
US global outsourcing company Cambridge Integrated Services, which has a Victorian branch that specialises in workers’ compensation, has expanded its operations to cover the whole of Australia. It’s now offering claims management solutions for various liability classes.
Cambridge secured a contract with the Victorian WorkCover Authority in July 2002.
“In just over three years we have achieved significant reductions in our key continuance rate measures and projected claim costs while managing approximately 30,000 policies for the Victoria WorkCover Authority,” Cambridge CEO Paul Serong said.
“Through our parent company, we now bring our clients best practice claims management services for the full spectrum of insurance lines.”
