Calliden subsidiary Claim Services Australia (CSA) has boosted its domestic property claims abilities by acquiring Melbourne-based Insurance Claims Solutions.

CSA, which provides accident management, assessing and claims management services to insurance companies, will incorporate the acquisition into its business. Insurance Claims Solutions is a producer of claims management software for the insurance industry.

Calliden MD Nick Kirk says the purchase will increase the company’s claim service expertise in a range of classes. The purchase price was not disclosed.
