Maria Stavrinides has joined consultancy The Bridge as practice lead for culture, leadership and capability.

Ms Stavrinides has more than 25 years’ experience in the financial services, healthcare, transport and travel, sport, media and community industries, according to her LinkedIn.

She worked at IAG for more than seven years, joining the insurer as leadership development consultant in July 2005 before taking up other roles.

The Bridge says she has experience helping leaders and executive teams deliver culture development strategies.

She will head a team of practitioners providing services related to cultural transformation, organisational design and alignment, leadership development and high-performing teams.

“Maria has worked across a wide and diverse range of industries, helping achieve performance gains through an integrated approach to strategy, culture, leadership development and capability uplift,” The Bridge co-founder and MD Stuart Blake said.
