Underwriting agency Blue Zebra has announced the expansion of its SME Business Insurance offering to more occupations after the product received a strong response following its launch last November.

Broking partners can now seek quotes for clients who are in building construction (office occupier only), retailing, cafes, restaurants, takeaway food service, finance and insurance services, medical and allied health services as well as personal care services such as hairdressing.

“Activity has exploded in the past week,” the agency says in a brief announcement on its LinkedIn page. “Many thanks to all our broker partners for their huge support.”

The SME Business Insurance product is available on the agency’s online platform to its 11,000 broking partners. Capacity is provided by Youi and claims will be managed in partnership with specialist provider ProCare.
