Former Marsh Australia CEO David Bidmead will become the company’s Global Multinational Client Service Leader and chairman of its multinational executive committee.

Mr Bidmead, an Australian, will be responsible for strategy and execution in the multinational client service team.

He was most recently CEO of Marsh US, after four years as CEO and Pacific Region Head based in Sydney.

Marsh President of Global Sales Joe McSweeny says as the number of multinational companies within and outside the US continues to grow “having someone of Dave’s calibre overseeing our global client service delivery strategy will ensure we are consistently bringing the best of Marsh to our clients working in a multi-country environment”.

Mr Bidmead takes up his new roles on April 1.
