Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance Company (BHSI) has expanded its range of cover for management liability risks in New Zealand.

It has added two new policies to its Executive & Professional Lines offering: Management Liability and Association Liability Insurance.

The Management Liability policy is designed to address a wide range of claims private companies can face.

Coverage can be customised to include Directors’ & Officers’ Liability, General Liability, Statutory Liability, Employers Liability, Employment Practices Liability and/or Fidelity Insurance.

The Association Liability policy offers non-profit organisations tailored coverage, with the addition of Professional Indemnity protection.
