Berkley Insurance Australia has added Management Liability to its online broker portal bindIT.

The insurer launched the portal last September, offering IT Liability first and has previously said it would add Management Liability to the system next.

“The launch of IT Liability has exceeded our expectations in terms of broker response and feedback, so much so that brokers were asking us when they could access our other products,” CEO Tony Wheatley said.

“Berkley Insurance Australia’s Management Liability was the next logical choice as it provides the broadest appeal to brokers. In general all of their business clients need a [Management Liability] policy.”

He says bindIT “is a smash hit” based on feedback from brokers using the portal.

Berkley says the portal offers a more efficient way for brokers to service clients.
