Belinda Scott takes reins at BJS

Belinda Scott has succeeded Bill de Vos as the MD of national brokerage BJS.

Mr de Vos, who has built and managed the Melbourne-based company since 2003, stood aside on July 1 but will maintain a role seeking growth opportunities.

Ms Scott has been a director of BJS since the company was formed, but has continued to run her own Victorian regional brokerage while becoming increasingly involved in the larger business’ operations.

Her own business was named BJS – her initials – and this became the brand under which Mr de Vos built the larger company with Ms Scott’s father, Ron Smith.

BJS has offices in Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide and Brisbane and representation in Sydney, plus offices in the Victorian regional towns of Mornington and Wonthaggi.
