Banker joins Steadfast board
Broker group Steadfast has appointed former Bank of Queensland CEO David Liddy to its board, strengthening its composition ahead of its sharemarket listing next year.
Shareholders at Steadfast’s AGM last week also approved the appointment of Steadfast COO Cameron McCullagh and incoming Chairman Frank O’Halloran as directors, while Jonathan Upton was re-elected as a director.
Steadfast MD Robert Kelly and Queensland broker Greg Rynenberg round out the six-man board.
The company has also recruited a new CFO, Stephen Humphrys, who has joined the business from accountancy firm Moore Stephens, where he is Chairman of the company’s national board, MD of the Sydney branch and represents the Australasian region on the international policy committee of Moore Stephens International.
Mr Humphrys will join Steadfast on January 2.
