AXA Asia Pacific has replaced CFO Matthew Slatter with former Head of Operations Andy Penn. Mr Slatter left Axa last week to take over as CEO of Tabcorp in October.

As well as his responsibilities as CFO, Mr Penn will take on new responsibilities for part of Axa’s New Zealand business. He has the experience: Mr Penn previously worked for National Mutual, which Axa bought in 1995.
