Ausure shakes up management
Ausure has promoted Adam Sloan to GM business development, while Vickie Jeffery has become GM technology and systems, Deb Whyte GM people and culture, and Charline Mitchener GM marketing.
Mr Sloan, formerly head of blended broking and sales, will oversee development and training opportunities for emerging talent, and encouraging brokerages to join Ausure.
“Eager to grow and expand, we are now focusing on adding new authorised representatives for the first time in a while,” Mr Sloan said. “We believe we can offer a genuine point of difference.”
Ausure says it offers three unique service models, training and development, technology including a new debtor management platform, and legal and compliance support.
