Corporate insurance broker Australian Reliance has acquired the Centric General Insurance Services portfolio.

The Steadfast member says it recognises “the quality and depth” of Centric’s customer base.

“We hope the additional resources and capabilities of our Australian Reliance team will be positively received by Centric clients and we are committed to providing them with a holistic, well-supported and tailored insurance experience.”

Australian Reliance Head of Distribution Tony Goldsmith declined to discuss the acquisition with insuranceNEWS.com.au.

Centric General Insurance Services was previously part of Centric Wealth, which was last year acquired by Financial Index Wealth Accountants.
