Austbrokers subsidiary NZ Brokers Holdings has appointed Andrew Aitken as non-executive director.

Mr Aitken has more than 37 years’ experience working with leading insurance and financial services institutions, and he has been a director of AA Insurance, Vero Insurance New Zealand and Autosure New Zealand.

“Andrew’s reputation and extensive experience in the New Zealand insurance market, together with his risk and governance background, will prove invaluable,” NZ Brokers Holdings Chairman and Austbrokers CEO Mark Searles said.
