Sydney-based Robert Williams & Associates has been taken over by John Hallman with assistance from Austbrokers. The new operation will be known as Austbrokers RWA.

John Hallman operated from the same premises as Robert Williams, and also has branches in Tamworth and Quirindi.

Austbrokers Holdings CEO Lach McKeough says Robert Williams was looking to leave the business and Austbrokers was able to help in the succession process.

The group “is now well placed to take advantage of any additional opportunities that may present themselves in this part of Sydney”, Mr McKeough said.
