The Central Coast (NSW) business of Austbrokers continues to grow. Just a few months after acquiring the portfolio of Gosford Insurance Brokers, the Tuggerah-based subsidiary has taken over the loyal client base of John Tarrant Insurance Consultants.

That business had been an associate member of Austbrokers, taking advantage of the cluster's network before making a commitment to any equity trade.

Owners John and Julie Tarrant have now agreed to a full merger, creating a region-wide Austbrokers branch. MD Bob White says Austbrokers Central Coast is now one of the largest insurance brokers between the Hawkesbury River and Newcastle.
