AUB Group has appointed Cath Rogers as non-executive director.

Ms Rogers is a director and co-founder of information technology company Digital Receipt Exchange and a non-executive director of the Heart Research Institute.

She was previously a director for real estate company McGrath.

Ms Rogers has held senior roles in various investment and financial services organisations in Australia and overseas.
