Arteva Funding expands team
Arteva Funding has appointed a Chief Commercial Officer and Head of People and Culture, and two Business Development Managers, as it expands its team across Australia.
The independent premium finance company, which provides more than 130,000 clients with insurance premium funding annually, has named Elise Pedersen as Chief Commercial Officer.
Ms Pedersen was most recently Senior Portfolio Manager at Allianz, where she worked for eight years, and formerly spent almost six years at Macquarie Group.
She will lead Arteva’s national sales team, drive key partnerships and help accelerate growth strategies, replacing Brisbane-based Bob Dodd who will transition to the role of Commercial Director to focus on expansion and business development.
“Elise is a dynamic, talented and well-respected leader with a strong track record of delivering commercial growth,” CEO Daniel Gronert said. “Her exceptional strategic capabilities and proven operational effectiveness will be invaluable as we continue to grow.”
Arteva also appointed two Business Development Managers – Adelaide-based Jake Guidera who will focus on the SA market, and Sydney-based Briana Phillips who joined the NSW team – and Head of People and Culture Ally O’Brien.
