Aon has won an Australian Business Award for innovation for its WorldAware Solutions travel program.

The application allows organisations to identify and address the risks to their employees when travelling, and enables organisations to meet duty of care responsibilities through a combination of risk travel analysis, training and awareness, risk-managed travel and incident response.

The program incorporates a suite of mobile apps for iPhone, iPad and Android to provide travellers with country risk information, as well as using GPS technology to track the user’s location and give directions to their nearest embassy.

Siemsen Group has also won an Australian Business Award for Claim Central, its online building repair management system.
