Major broker Aon has expanded its business relationship with claims processor Xchanging by entering into a new agreement covering its Australian operations.

Xchanging, which operates workers’ compensation services in Victoria and NSW, has been contracted to improve Aon’s service capability.

Aon CEO Steve Nevett says Xchanging “understands our business and brings the expertise and global best practice to expand our servicing capability”.

Xchanging will build infrastructure to support Aon’s growth across Australia, expanding on the scope of work undertaken by Xchanging on a global level.

Xchanging provides insurance claims processing, technical accounting and settlement services to Aon Benfield and Aon Risk Services in the UK and claims services to Aon Benfield in the US. It also provides services to Aon Consulting in the UK and the US.
